Jacinthe Dion, Ph.D.

Jacinthe Dion is a full professor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She is also the co-holder of the co-holder of the UQAC-Cégep de Jonquière Research Chair on VIe and SAnté des Jeunes (VISAJ). She has been a member of CRIPCAS since her tenure as a professor began in 2006. Since 2020, she has been a member of the CRIPCAS Board of Directors, serving as the internation affairs representative. Her role aims to promote the development and consolidation of international collaborations between CRIPCAS members and researchers and research centers around the world. Her research seeks to better understand the factors and repercussions associated with sexual violence and to develop and evaluate new targeted prevention programs for vulnerable youth and their parents.
