Dr. Heather B MacIntosh leads an active research program supported by SSHRC, FAVACS and FQRSC, investigating how early life trauma affects couple therapy outcomes and the cultivation of healthy adult relationships. Their research also focuses on exploring the unique needs associated with family and couples therapy for the LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
