Dr. Heather B MacIntosh dirige un programme de recherche actif financé par le CRSH, le FAVACS et le FQRSC, examinant l'impact des traumatismes précoces sur le processus et les résultats de la thérapie de couple, ainsi que sur le développement et le maintien de relations adultes saines. Leurs travaux visent également à étudier les besoins spécifiques liés à la thérapie familiale et de couple au sein des communautés LGBTQIA2S+.
